Lip Lift

✔ There are two types of lip lift, the upper lip lift and the corner lip lift.  An upper lip lift is a procedure which reduces the space between the bottom of the nose and the top of your lip, allowing for the exposure of more teeth when smiling and a fuller, more youthful top lip.  It is the upper lip lift that is most commonly thought of in reference with the lip lift procedure.  It involves removing skin at the base of the nose, elevating the top lip and reducing the distance between the nose and the upper lip.  For females, the ideal space between the base of the nose and the upper lip boarder is 1.0cm-1.2 cm, whilst for males it is 1.3cm-1.5cm
✔ The second type of lip lift is the corner lip lift.  This is lifting the corners of your mouth to remove the down turning at the mouth corners.  It is designed for the person who feels that their resting face appears unhappy or angry, and who wishes their resting countenance to appear more welcoming.

✔ A lip lift is performed under local anaesthetic, and takes approximately 1-1.5 hours to perform.

✔ A lip lift is priced at $1500.
